Director of Punjab National Bank, Shri Ambarish Ojha

Shri Ambarish Ojha has been deemed elected as Shareholder Director on the Board of the Bank with effect from 12.09.2024.

Shri Ojha, aged 60 years, is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from IIT Roorkee (erstwhile University of Roorkee) and has special knowledge/experience in Information Technology, Risk Management, Payment & Settlement Systems and Business Management.

He has 35 years of experience and has worked in various Multinationals at Senior Executive positions. At present, he is Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder at actyv.ai [ACTYV.AI Platforms India Private Limited, formerly known as Autolytics Technology Private Limited]. The entity provides products that are powered by a range of AI technologies, including Process Intelligence, Generative AI, and Vision AI to accelerate the adoption of AI solutions in Enterprises.

He has also been on the Board of M/s UiPath Robotic Process Automation India Private Limited and UiPath Business Solutions India Private Limited (from July 2019 to February, 2021) and SAP Labs India Private Limited (from November, 2014 to December, 2016).

He has worked in various capacities in SAP India from the year 2000 to 2018, including as Head of Customer Experience, Head of SAP Global Services & Support India, etc. He also worked as an independent consultant from July, 2021 to July, 2022. During this period, he provided consultancy on Digital Automation Transformation Strategy.

He has experience in IT infrastructure, Networking and Security, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, Buy-now Pay-later Supply Chain Financing and Loan Management and KYC Modern tools including credit scoring.
