As a valued customer of Punjab National Bank, we are excited to offer you an opportunity to earn rewards for your everyday banking activities.

Our rewards program is designed to enhance your banking experience by rewarding your loyalty with points that can be redeemed for a variety of benefits.

Key features

  • Value of 1 Pt = 0.25 rupees OR 4 reward points = Rs 1/-.

  • Points will be credited as per below frequency:
    o Fresh login, first transaction, UPI, first bill payment – on T+1 basis
    o FD/RD open, card-less cash withdrawal, bill payment – in beginning of next calendar month
    o UPI transaction - in beginning of next calendar week

  • Min. 1000 reward points required to redeem

  • No need to enrol separately, all PNB One Users are eligible

  • View your reward points in “My Rewards” section in footer of PNB One dashboard

FAQs

Q.1 I am a PNB account holder but I have not used PNB One App till now. Am I eligible for this reward program?

Ans. Customers who have never logged in or have not logged in to PNB One in past 360 consecutive days are eligible for PNB One Loyalty Rewardz program.

Ans.These points can be used for all options available on https://www.pnbrewardz.com

Ans.The validity period is 3 years from the time of accumulation of points.

Ans.- Firstly, make sure to log in to your PNB One app and then check from “My Rewardz” section or you can visit to https://www.pnbrewardz.com for the enquiry of total accumulated points.

Ans.The value of 1 reward point is Rs. 0.25

Ans.You can redeem your reward points only when minimum 1,000 points have been accumulated.

Ans.As a valued Punjab National Bank customer, you don’t need to register separately for the Loyalty Rewardz program. If you are a PNB One User, you are automatically enrolled for this program.

Ans.All customers who are eligible for PNB One app are eligible for loyalty rewardz program as well.

Ans.Reward Points will be credited for first eligible FD/RD opened during the month.

Ans.Every first monthly card-less cash withdrawal transaction is eligible for the reward points subject to the minimum transaction amount.

Ans.You can earn reward point on first eligible bill payment of the month only.

Ans.For first successful bill payment of minimum Rs.1000, points will be credited on T+1/ next day.

Ans. In case both the FDs are opened in the same month only, the first successful FD will be eligible for reward points and points will be credited in the beginning of the subsequent calendar month. Any subsequent FD in the same month is not eligible for reward points.
