Features of the product in brief
MCA21 fees can be paid at any authorized branch (Total 261 branches) of the bank either in cash, direct debit to account or by a cheque/draft drawn on the same bank or another bank/branch at the same centre where the payment is made. The payment of fees by outstation cheques/drafts can also be made at any authorized bank. Funds/amount deposited through cheques/Drafts shall be credited to Governments' account after realization of the instrument.
For availing various services of Ministry of Company Affairs under MCA21, the service seeker/customers can make also make e-payment, at any time of the day without visiting the bank, by direct debit to their account.
Customers of other banks can also make such payment through NEFT.
Terms & Conditions
To avail of the above facility a user is required to go to MCA website (www.mca.gov.in) use a digital certificate or password (as applicable) and utilize the services/facilities under MCA21.
Documents required
- Every request submitted on MCA portal is identified by a unique number known as the Service Request Number(SRN). In case of Challan payments; the Challan number is the SRN.
- In case of online payments; SRN is given to the user, before s/he is redirected to the banks' payment gateway/ Bank's site.
Suggested time norms for activity
For physical payment of challan: 15-20 minutes. For e-payment: On real time basis. Once the customer account is debited, transaction gets completed at MCA website and fees will be treated as payment made to Government. Amount paid after 8.00PM, will be treated for next day payment

The facility is available for payment of MCA21 fees through physical challan at authorized branches as well as e-payment. For making e-payment, the customers should have PNB's Internet Banking User-id & passwords.
Customers of other banks' can also make MCA21 fees through NEFT/RTGS using their banks' internet banking site, User - id & password. System generated computerized receipt is made available to the tax payers
